GENERAL GUIDELINES

To qualify, businesses must meet the following criteria:

  • Monthly revenue exceeding $20,000

  • Negative days should not exceed 6

  • Minimum time in business of 6 months

  • For California-based businesses, a net distribution of $5,000 after fees is required

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To apply for funding, please ensure you provide the following documents:

  1. 3 months of bank statements (4 months for California-based businesses)

  2. Month-to-date (MTD) statement, preferably after the 15th of the month

  3. Completed application form including the following details:

    • Business Name

    • Business Address

    • EIN (Employer Identification Number)

    • Business Start Date

    • Owner's Name

    • SSN (Social Security Number)

    • Date of Birth

    • Home Address

    • Signed within the last 30 days
